CAMP METSKU 27.10 – 29.10.2023

Välkommen med på höstens Camp Metsku!
Lägret hålls på det vackert belägna Viherlahti i Merimasku Nådendal, precis intill havet och med naturen omkring sig. Programmet hålls på huvudbyggnaden, strandbastu och kyrkobyggnaden. De flesta rummen ligger i huvudbyggnaden och varje rum har toalett och dusch. Alla byggnader är relativt nya. Du kan se foton och videor på webbsidan. Lägret börjar på fredag eftermiddag med middag klockan 17 och avslutas på söndag efter lunch ca 14.

Under lägret får vi ha roliga aktiviteter, umgås med vänner och får möjlighet att fördjupa relationen till Gud. Fokuset ligger på god gemenskap och att komma nära Jesus i en miljö där man får slappna av och komma bort från vardagen.

GÄSTTALARE

Vi är väldigt glada över att få med oss Stefan Löv. Han jobbar som pastor i Ebeneserkyrkan i Jakobstads och är en mycket uppskattad bibellärare på konferenser och en talare som engagerar lyssnarna i spännande teman.

Stefan brinner för att lokala församlingar skall utrustas till att bli varma funktionella gemenskaper med missionsuppdraget i centrum. Han är också en del av samfundledarteamet i Missionskyrkan i Finland och har jobbat många år med församlingsutveckling och ledarskap nationellt och internationellt.

TEMAT

Temat för årets läger är Efterföljare – Imitators och är taget från bibelstället “Bli Guds efterföljare, ni som är hans älskade barn.” (Ef. 5:1)

För barnen ordnas det eget program i åtminstone två olika åldersgrupper. Skolbarnen kommer att få delta i program ordnat av det glada gänget från BarnOas som brinner för att så många barn som möjligt skall få lära känna Jesus. Tonåringarna får ha eget program med gemenskap, roliga aktiviteter och möjlighet att få lära sig mer om den egna relationen till Gud. Barnpassning för yngre barn kan ordnas vid behov om de är för små för att delta i BarnOas-programmet. Vi vill se till att alla åldrar får trivas och känna sig hemma på lägret!

PRISER

På Viherlahti tillämpar vi en annorlunda prissättning som också ger deltagaren möjlighet att påverka sin deltagaravgift till viss del. Man betalar en fast avgift för maten under lägret, och sedan delar man på rumspriset tillsammans med dem man bor med i samma rum.

Matpriset:
79 € för vuxna, 59 € för barn (7-12 år), och 54 € för barn under skolåldern (2-6 år). Om du är med och tjänar i något team i Metsku betalar Metsku en del av din eller ditt barns matpris. Då är priset 69 € för vuxna eller 49 € för barn (7-12 år), och 44 € för barn under skolåldern (2-6 år). (Om priset är ett oöverstigligt hinder för ditt deltagande i lägret, ta kontakt med Metsku.)

Rumspriset:
Ett rum kostar 140 € för hela lägret. Varje rum har 4 sängar och man kan sätta in en extramadrass så det totalt ryms 5 personer i ett rum. Du delar på rumspriset tillsammans med dem du bor med. Eftersom det finns ett begränsat antal rum försöker vi fylla rummen så gott som möjligt, vilket också blir förmånligast för dig som deltagare. Du kan önska eget rum, eller att dela med bara en annan person, och vi försöker isf. ordna det om utrymmet räcker för alla som vill delta i lägret. Det bästa är om du själv kommer överens med andra att ni tillsammans delar på ett rum. Om du inte vet vem du kan dela med kan du bara meddelade åt oss så hjälper vi placera dig med andra.

CAMP METSKU 27.10 – 29.10.2023

Welcome to join this autumn’s Camp Metsku!

The camp takes place at the beautifully situated Viherlahti in Merimasku, Naantali, right next to the sea and close to nature. The program is held at the main building, beach sauna and church building. Most of the rooms have toilets and showers. All buildings are relatively new. You can see pictures and video of the place on the website. The camp starts on Friday afternoon with dinner at 17 and ends on Sunday after lunch about at 14.

During the camp there are fun activities, you get to hang out with friends and get the opportunity to deepen the relationship with God. The focus is on good fellowship and getting close to Jesus in an environment where you can relax and get a break from everyday life.

GUEST SPEAKER

We are very happy to have Stefan Löv with us. He works as a pastor in the Ebeneser Church in Jakobstad and is a highly appreciated Bible teacher at conferences and a speaker who engages the listeners in exciting themes.

Stefan is passionate about equipping local churches to become warm, functional communities with the mission at the centre. He is also part of the community leadership team in the Mission Church of Finland and has worked many years with church development and leadership nationally and internationally.

THE THEME

The theme for this year’s camp is Followers – Imitators and is taken from the Bible passage “Be imitators of God, you who are his beloved children.” (Eph. 5:1)

There will be a separate programme for children in at least two different age groups. The school children will participate in a programme organised by the happy team from BarnOas who are passionate about getting as many children as possible to know Jesus. The teenagers will have their own programme with fellowship, fun activities and the opportunity to learn more about their own relationship with God. Childcare for younger children can be arranged if necessary if they are too young to participate in the BarnOas programme. We want to make sure that all ages can enjoy the camp and feel at home!

PRICES

At Viherlahti we apply a different pricing system that also allows the participant to influence their participation fee to some extent. You pay a fixed fee for the food during the camp, and then you share the room price with the people you are staying with in the same room.

Food price:
79 € for adults, 59 € for children (7-12 years), and 54 € for children under school age (2-6 years). If you are serving in a Metsku team, Metsku will pay part of your or your child’s food price. Then the price is €69 for adults or €49 for children (7-12 years), and €44 for children under school age (2-6 years). (If the price is an insurmountable obstacle to your participation in the camp, please contact Metsku).

Room rate:
A room costs €140 for the whole camp. Each room has 4 beds and you can add an extra mattress to make a total of 5 people in a room. You share the room price with the people you are staying with. Since there is a limited number of rooms, we try to fill the rooms as well as possible, which will also be most favourable for you as a participant. You can request your own room, or to share with just one other person, and we will try to arrange it if there is enough space for everyone who wants to attend the camp. It is best if you agree with others that you can share a room together. If you don’t know who you can share with, just let us know and we will help place you with others.
